  • Entry Fee: $25.00 per candidate
  • Your dog must be a San Diego County Resident to participate
  • Please email a 4 x 6 digital close up picture of your dog (portrait )in jpeg format (high resolution) to: info@eastlakepets.com. Please write the name of your dog in the email. Patriotic accessories are encouraged!
