Meet Our Groomers
My name is Chelsea Casill and I started grooming right out of high school in 2006. I was studying under a master groomer who taught me everything I know today. In 2013, I started working at Eastlake Village Vet Clinic. One of the things that I have enjoyed is getting to know the clients as well as their two-legged owners. I love working with dogs who have had a rough past and don’t tolerate grooming very well. I feel that those are the dogs that need the most help. By gaining their trust, I am able to groom them; and in the process they are able to learn that grooming can be a nice experience. In my free time I enjoy being out in nature with my chihuahua mix Chavela, and my husband.
My name is Frida Zaragoza. I began my grooming journey right after high school and was thought by a master groomer in his Mobile Grooming service. It was an amazing experience. I began working here at Eastlake Village Vet Clinic in 2016, and over the years the clinic has become a second family to me. I enjoy working with all of our four legged clients – some have three legs, as well as their two legged humans.
One of the benefits of working at a clinic is I get to see all of the behind-the-scenes activities that most of our clients don’t get to see. We also work closely with a organization call the Muttscouts, where I adopted my baby boy, Bobby.
In my spare time, I love reading and hearing about Sasquatch/UFO/Paranormal. I’m also a explorer by heart and go on road trips a lot, with my Bobby of course!
My name is Vanessa Vargas and I have been a groomer for over 20 years. I have worked at Eastlake Village for over 6 years.
My passion has always been the well-being of animals. My skills have allowed me to keep pets comfortable with routine bathing and nail trimming. Owners enjoy bonding with their pet when they are clean, flea free and smell good!
I recently started my mobile grooming business, so now you have the option of “letting the groomer come to you.”
